Booking & cancellation

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your start time. Later cancellations are not eligible for self-service cancellation; please contact the facility.

• Bookings can be made up to 30 days ahead and at least 60 minutes before the start time.
• GCash/Maya bookings are held for 15 minutes. Unpaid holds are released automatically.
• A booking is only confirmed once its status says Confirmed; payment status is shown separately.

Terms of use

By creating an account and booking, you agree to follow Lumed Pickleball Court's facility rules, arrive on time and use courts only for your booked period. The facility may close courts for maintenance and will contact you if a booking is affected.

Privacy policy

We store your name, email, mobile number and booking history to operate your reservations. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. We do not sell your data. Contact launionmed@gmail.com to request correction or deletion of your account.
